Discover Kutubna – Who We Are
Kutubna is Dubai’s newest independent bookstore and cultural center, celebrating Khaleeji and regional voices through literature, ideas, and community. We create space for dialogue, creativity, and inclusion — with events for all ages.
Our Cafe
Cafe Kutubna is an inclusive community space for intellectuals and coffee enthusiasts, filled with books, art, music and more. We serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, fresh juices, mojitos and fun snacks. The cafe is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
Our Bookstore
We focus on Arabic and English books by Khaleeji authors, and also stock books by Arab, Middle Eastern, and Muslim authors from around the world. We carry fiction, poetry, memoir, biography and autobiography, history, philosophy, and children's books.
Cultural Space
Our events are for children, adults, and families. We offer writing workshops, children's story time, a poetry open mic, music and art events, and more,
Kids' Area
We welcome children of all ages to our kids’ corner located on the upper level. Our soft play area has puzzles, soft toys, a drawing board and more for your little ones. Children can also explore our cozy reading area filled with English and Arabic books. Members can enjoy free access to the kids’ corner for two hours per day. Entry is free for non-members for one hour with the purchase of any book or event ticket.
