Mission

Kutubna Cultural Center is a hub of literary culture for Dubai and the Gulf region. We celebrate the accomplishments of Khaleeji authors, poets, and scholars and support the development of this region’s talent.

We also strive to make creative and scholarly pursuits more accessible to people who are traditionally at the margins or those who are often excluded by making it easier to participate in enriching conversations, exchange, and learning spaces.

We plan to amplify the voices of Khaleeji, Arab, Middle Eastern, North African, and Muslim writers, poets, thinkers, and researchers through lectures, readings, guided conversations and other activities for people of all ages. We also organize cultural events for mothers with young children.
